“MY PEOPLE PERISH FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE”

This Bible study has been a long time in coming. I first found these scriptures approx 27 years ago as a very new Christian. I have never heard this slant on healing (herbs as healing) taught in the body of Christ in my 29 years as a spirit filled Christian therefore it is time it was brought out.

Knowledge on health today seems to be severely lacking amongst Gods people. I have heard that there is just as much illness amongst the church as amongst the unsaved. This is a very sad truth and should not be. If only Gods people (and everyone else for that matter) would just make the time to find the knowledge necessary there would be a very great reduction in the number of lives being lost through sickness and disease.

Healing by prayer alone does not happen for everyone so let’s face it; perhaps God is wanting some of us to pick up our act. It may sound so spiritual to say “We don’t know why everyone is not healed” and leave those who are not healed through prayer in “THE MYSTERIES OF GOD” basket.

I dare to say that perhaps many of them are not mysteries, maybe most of them, even maybe ALL of them.

The church as a whole today is consulting non Bible believing people regarding their health. A very high percentage of Christian people are putting their faith in doctors reports and practices even though many of these reports and practices are far removed from a scriptural base and have a very negative effect on the patient which is ungodly and against the teaching of scripture.
( Phil 4:8 Whatsoever things are lovely think on these things etc)
In quite a number of cases these reports and practices destroy that patients faith and even hope for the future. Some of these prognosis’s are death sentences as many people who have been given them by someone they have their faith and trust in, believe them, thus signing their own death warrant.
(Math 18:19 if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in Heaven) I know this verse is pertaining to 2 believers therefore it is not necessarily in context here but I would prefer to be careful because of Mark 11:23-24.

Putting trust and faith in anything or person other than God Almighty is as always a very precarious place to be.
Satan does not care how he destroys us just so long as it works. If he has to use fleshly desires for sugar or uncaring manufacturers its all the same to him.

People are basically lazy lacking the discipline necessary to achieve their desires.
When I was network marketing I was taught that 95% of people do not do what is necessary to achieve their goals. My personal observations of people (classified terminally ill by the mainstream medical system ) being offered a chance at life has sadly been just that. They do not search for health answers outside the system, do not understand the scriptures that I will present here on health, they probably have never been taught these concepts and have never searched the scriptures themselves to find these verses or searched the abundant health information out there that will lead them to health and at worst hope.
They prefer to trust in the medical profession even though that profession may have given them a death sentence.
Searching out answers for any given health issue can be daunting for some but it is something that needs to be dealt with if you are confronted with a serious illness or disease.

Our loving God has graciously provided us with answers, he has also provided us with beautiful anointed people who can help us. He has left nothing to chance or uncovered.
He can choose to work through unbelieving Doctors, Chiropractors, various therapists and the like if he so chooses. What he did not say anywhere in his word was to put our faith in these people and go to them first.

I am tired of agreeing with people about how the wise thing to do is to go to your medical doctor when for years I have sensed something wrong. I now believe that scripturally it’s not correct.
Our MD is there for many purposes, some being those times when Gods medicines cannot be applied (as in traumatic accidents or deformities etc) or have failed for whatever reason.

I often wonder just what is a doctor according to scripture, many times I have pondered this point. Was Luke a herbalist using Gods medicines, what we call today a Naturopath or a Homeopath?
That is Food for thought.

Our heavenly Father gave us many scriptures to help point us in the direction to take for our healing and here are just a few.

This is a Bible study therefore you are expected to do the small amount of work of looking these scriptures up for yourself. I will not encourage laziness any more by doing the work for you. I have been just as guilty myself but no more. Be aware that these scriptures were taken from the King James version many years ago when I was a baby Christian therefore other versions lose the impact of meaning. They may not all be true to what I am bringing across here but none of us need to be told 15 times do we? Surely 3 or 4 is enough.

Genesis 1:11 Grass, Fruit and Herbs. God saw that it was good. Look it up for yourself.

Exodus 10:15 All green things including Herbs and Fruit were eaten by locusts as PUNISHMENT. Look it up for yourself.


Genesis 1:29 All the plants, fruits, herbs were given as food for the people and the animals. See for yourself.

Isiah 18:4 Comparing Gods dew to the dew of herbs. In other words awesomely GOOD. Take a look.

1 Kings 21:2 Ahab desired Naboths vineyard as it was a good place to have a herb garden making herb gardens of a high priority. You know what to do, look it up.

Genesis 9:3 Both animals and herbs are given to us as food. Go, check it out.

Proverbs 27:25. Gathering the herbs of the mountains. Now we all know (or should) that vegetables do not grow wild on the hills all that much but herbs do. I say this because many of these scriptures that use the word HERB may mean vegetables when you look into the Greek or Hebrew.

Psalm 104:14 Herbs for the service of man.

Ezekiel 47:12 Fruit for food and leaves for medicine. Go look it up.

Do you want to grow in wisdom? Look this one. Prov 10:5


THIS ONE IS A HUMDINGER

Revelations 22:2

I have wonderful Christian friends that say this scripture is pertaining to Jesus, that he is the tree. That interpretation is fine by me BUT I was taught to believe the word as it is written FIRST then apply other interpretations second. I have committed to remain in that frame of mind lifelong therefore this tree is a tree first for me, Jesus is another interpretation that I will accept quite happily but to me it is still tree.

OUR ATTITUDES TOWARDS HEALTH

God is interested in attitudes.
The attitudes we take on are our own personal choices. We choose to be offended or not to be, we choose to be happy or disgruntled, laugh or stay sombre. It’s up to us to do the choosing. Freedom of choice is ours for life.
“I have set before you life and death, blessings and cursings, therefore choose life” (somewhere in the old testament, possibly Deut.)

We can choose to accept that God knows best or continue winging about our health, our kids, our weather, our spouse, our weight, money etc etc.
Its all the same to God. If we choose a good attitude then he can work with us, the one who chooses a poor attitude is left to stew a bit longer. It’s not hard for God to
move on to Joe Smiley and work with him. Joe has an attitude of gratitude and faith. That’s just how Gods system functions, much like the law of gravity, or the seasons. It’s very often our attitude that determines how well God can work with us. This is where the title to this Bible study comes in. Step off the roof and suffer the consequences, a broken head.


CHOOSING AN APPROPRIATE ATTITUDE
So it is when we pray for healing. We can choose to believe that God has already put things in place for our healing, that he knows perfect timing, that he has already paid the price and that our healing is our inheritance; i e a done deal.
We can then proceed to adopt a grateful attitude of expectancy and certainty that we are healed OR we can wait to see it manifest first. If we choose the second position we will continue to wait.
God is forever patient, it’s all the same to him. One week, one month, one year, one lifetime. We choose to either live within his natural/spiritual laws and reap the rewards or we choose to wait. That’s just how it is.

Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Do we truly believe that? If we truly believe this verse then an obvious attitude to take is treat it with the utmost respect.
This body is GODS HOUSE. If we truly respect this Temple God has given us we will not then proceed to destroy it.

If we go up forward for prayer for healing then immediately afterward hurry outside for a smoke we are fooling ourselves.
So it is with any other bodily destroying actions some of Gods people take on.
If we go forward and say “Brother John, I want God to heal my stomach” but we go eat 3 hot dogs or other highly processed and chemicalized meats for lunch with a highly processed white flour bun we are still fooling ourselves.

There is enough information out in the world today on what is good for you to eat even if you are not a believer in the Bible; for everyone to be totally well. There are no excuses. I believe this is one reason that keeps many of Gods people still waiting for their healing.

It flabbergasts me to see beautiful Christian men and women eating and drinking the most toxic of non food items.
An example would be Coca Cola. The sweetener used is aspartame, a highly toxic poison and yet Gods people are drinking it. (Ecclesiastes 7:29)

The information is out there, it needs to be searched out and then acted upon by Christians. After all what foods are written about in Genesis. Think about it.

Being lazy does not cut the mustard with God so go to it people.

P.5. A few simple health rules to adhere to are.

If you have digestive problems.
Alkalize your diet more. More veges and fruits, less acid forming foods which are basically the protein foods, cereals and animal foods.
Foods with skin still on are basically more alkaline than foods without. E.g. potatoes.
A glass of water with a generous squeeze of lemon juice is a great quick alkalizer.
Don’t eat proteins with starches, they fight. Don’t eat sugar. Drink your water, dont look at it.
Cereals are NOT what many people eat for breakfast out of a packet. Yes they are made from cereals but cereals are wheat, oats, barley, rice, corn, spelt, millet etc.

If you have a cancer scare, stop eating meat totally. Take plenty of vegetables and extra as juices. Get a good mineral supplement as my Naturopath says that cancer is malnutrition of the cells. Dr Day says that cancer is caused by malnutrition and dehydration and she healed herself of severe breast cancer which she refused to have any medical treatment for even though she herself is an MD.
Under no circumstances eat sugar. NOT ANY.

Alkalize your body, cancer loves an acid body. These steps are just a start until you find out the rest of your cure from someone who knows.
That may not be a medical doctor, or it may be. Dr Day is an MD, she knows.

If you have a stress problem, and believe me it’s a big health destroyer, then do more Bible study, more prayer, learn how to trust God more. Make it your business to learn how God works, how to get better attitudes, how to change. Laugh much much more. (Proverbs ? “A merry heart does good like a medicine”.)

Learn how to dance in the rain. (“Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass, its about learning how to dance in the rain”)
Dave Meyer when faced with difficult financial stresses and a particularly stressful wife could be found rolling around on the floor playing with the children.

General tips. Don’t eat sugar, chemicals of any kind as in colourings and flavourings, white highly processed anything. Don’t smoke.


Drink at least 2 litres of WATER per day. More if you have a health issue, Particularly kidney issues.

Seriously consider a good mineral supplement. Our modern foods are dangerously depleted of essential minerals. A team of retired doctors in Tasmania took it upon themselves to prove my Naturopath wrong when she had been telling them that foods today do not have enough nutrition for any kind of health, even poor health. After approx 2 years she met up with one who she was friends with who then proceeded to tell her that the whole team were devastated, they had discovered foods were worse that she had been telling him.
Seriously look into taking cod liver oil supplements.
These steps show a good attitude toward your Temple and you will be rewarded, probably in several ways, perhaps by helping to save someones life one day. Who knows?
Get some Sunshine, exercise, laughter, loving, happy, thrilled, excited, joyful emotions going on a daily basis. (“The JOY of the Lord is My Strength”).
If you don’t know how to get these emotions happening within you here are 5 ways to learn. You can choose 1 or 2 for yourself.
1.Study Anthony Robins teaching.
2. Ask me and I will help you.
3. Find the appropriate scriptures and actually DO them.
4. Find someone else who lives it and follow (copy) them.
5. Ask our amazing God for help in this area and then be sensitive enough to hear or receive his help when he sends it. Then DO it.

Look carefully at what you put on your skin. Most bathroom, cosmetic and personal care products today are laced with toxic chemicals. The skin is the largest organ of our body and is very porous. Stuff goes straight through.
There are products available today that are a heap lower or even devoid of these harmful ingredients. Ask me if you wish to be pointed in the direction of some, or you can do your own research.

Race Horses ? yes Race Horses


BOOTS
I was talking to my Naturopath in July when she informed me that there are several race horses winning because their trainers have them on a nutritional supplement. The same one I was taking for my heart and I am now 100% healed.The same one that has been instrumental in many people recovering from various severe illnesses including cancer.
UPDATE IN AUGUST.
AND DOGS too. She told me that my sons old greyhound bitch should be fine having her first litter of puppies ever as my naturopath herself works with other dog breeders who use the same supplement to keep their bitches in top form during whelping. She also went on to say 6 weeks before puppies are due to start Boots (bitch) on rasberry leaf tea also. Needless to say I already had the tea in the cupboard.

UPDATE IN NOVEMBER
Boots went through her pregnancy crippled in one hip which she had injured at stud. I treated her for bone breaks but she was unable to be excercised untill the last week before puppies decided to arive. The raspberry leaf tea must have done the job as her contractions were powerful. The minerals must have done the job as the puppies were big and strong. The first one was too big so we lost him and it necessitated a caesarian. We still have puppies and although Boots will not have any more pups we have 2 girls to take the line on.

HOW TO OVERCOME STRESS

LIFE IS NOT ABOUT WAITING FOR THE STORMS TO PASS
It’s about learning how to dance in the rain.

In this article you will find solutions to stress and if you do everything this article contains you will be successful.

Most of us have to face stressful times if not infrequently then very frequently in our lives.
Some of us are fortunate to have happy, relaxed cool personalities while others of us seem to find life difficult to handle being uptight, hurrying and stressed out a lot of the time. Everyone is different. It’s easy for the cool man cool person who chills around the place most of the time but unfortunately life doesn’t happen like that for the majority of people. The rest of us get stuck into life, work, family, commuting, situations, relationships etc and can if not careful end up on the sick list under the pressure. Most of us are not born with the natural ability to chill.

It’s a recognized fact to day by health practitioners of all kinds and also by the medical fraternity that heart problems can be attributed to stress. I know, this is where I found myself after a lifetime of taking care of and honoring my body. I could not believe that I was the one who had such a result after all that I had done over my entire adult lifetime.

I know from my own personal experiences that stress can get at you even when you are totally unaware that it even exists in your life. It’s a sneaky furtive enemy that creeps up on you and can strike unaware showing up in a variety of illnesses and diseases even though you can be quite health conscious by not abusing your body in the variety of ways most people do.

Stress can get you if you do not smoke, drink at all, have plenty of sleep, eat good quality foods, even when you do great things like taking good supplements and minerals, eating only whole grain breads, plenty of veges and fruits as I always have. Stress doesn’t care, it will override your best efforts.

So what do we do about it?
If you are like me you will want an answer, a solution.

It took me a few months but I finally found my answers and these are what I am sharing in this article.

The secrets I uncovered are in the lines at the beginning of this article.

We need to learn how to dance in the rain.

How do we learn to dance and sing when out whole world is apparently tumbling down, and falling apart?
For me my world tumbling down was financial pressure, the end of a dream, the closing up of my life.
I am a farmer, have been all my life. Drought had devastated my families farming future, had taken away our ability to earn an income, our dream, our vision, the excitement of being alive. Almost all our cows and heifers were gone, sold before we saw them starve.

I learned to detach from being able to grow the things that I loved the most, green grass, crops for livestock, beautiful fat calves and lambs. I lost control of our animals feed and therefore lost control of our future. It was taken away from me and over the 6-7 years my health slowly deteriorated until I was rushed to hospital one night frightened for my life with a heart that was doing crazy and weird things.

I had nowhere to turn as I already was health conscious; I was already doing the right thing by my body. I am also a Christian and had already turned toward Gods ways many many years before all of this. Even my faith in his healing power did not help me prevent this happening.

What I did know was that there was an answer. That was one thing I was sure of. It’s simply the way things were created, there’s an answer for every challenge.

I found mine.
"Without a Vision the People Perish".
"A Merry Heart does good like a Medicine".

When the stresses of life get you down you need to get happy. It’s as simple as that. You need to get excited about your future, enjoy your present and radiate peace and happiness out from you.

Is that easy to do when your world has crashed around your ears? NO not easy, but it is possible.

Here are some things to do and to set into your subconscious to help you get started on your new and exciting journey into happiness.

1.DECIDE: Happiness is not a feeling; it’s a choice of your will. Decide to be happy. Make your decision stand. Do not allow unhappy thoughts more than 1 minute then replace them with a happy thought.
A quote from the Good Book.
“Whatsoever things are lovely, think on these things”
It’s up to you. Your success depends upon you and no one else.

2. SING, at the top of your voice, and often. The more the better. Be sensible with your choice of song and the words. Only happy uplifting or beautiful songs should be chosen. Remember you are what you eat (or sing/speak). A great song I find uplifting is “Joy is a Flag flown High from the Castle of my Heart”

3. DANCE DAILY; even people in wheelchairs can dance. If the legs won’t work the body, head and arms maybe can. Just dance.

4. LAUGH. “Laughter is the best medicine” Everyone today must have heard how beneficial and healing laughter is. The good news is that according to Dr Linda Mintle (USA) even if your laughter is fake it still works. Just laugh anyway.

5. GOALS: Get your vision back or if you do not have a vision get one. Without goals to strive toward we perish. It’s that simple. Goals are to be written down, in a safe place, and reviewed from time to time to keep them up to date. Do short term goals, medium term goals and long term goals. 1 week, 1month, 1 year, 5 years. Write them down.

As you achieve your goals tick them off and celebrate, reward yourself.

If you do not achieve a goal in the allotted time span then just move your goal posts out a little further until you do achieve your goal. Give yourself some space and give yourself a treat when you do achieve that goal.

Be sensible and wise with your goals. Do not set unachievable goals, this will only disappoint you and self destruct your good work.

6. SLEEP; Without sufficient sleep it’s well recognized by all kinds of health and medical practitioners that our brains and bodies do not function correctly.
Being tired and in a low function mode it’s reasonable to assume that our joy and our ability to be happy suffer.
Tired is stress. Unhappy is stress. Negative thinking is stress.
Restful sleep can be one of the things we can do to help ourselves.
Dr Lorraine Day MD says that the healing hormones are activated between approx 10.00 pm and 2.00 am so we need to be asleep for these hormones to do their work.

8 Techniques and Sleep Like a Baby

During our lives we all experience the occasional night of sleeplessness without any long term consequences. But its when the occasional night here and there becomes a pattern of several nights in a row of constant tossing and turning in an attempt to fall asleep that you may be faced with a real sleeping problem.

Chronic sleep deprivation will eventually affect you in every area of your life and personality. Im sure that the grumpy old man supposedly getting out on the wrong side of the bed is familiar to you.

He is grumpy because he was sleep deprived.

Here are 6 techniques that will have you sleeping well and feeling refreshed when you wake every morning.

1.Bedtime Routine:
It is possible to achieve a regular bedtime routine that works for you. By doing the same things and going to bed the same time each night you can set a pattern that will travel to your subconscious and become habit. The more regular your routine for preparing yourself for sleep the better the outcome will be.

2. Reduce Evening mental Stimulation:
Consider the night as your time to unwind, make this your new mindset by seeing this as YOUR new evening routine. This is what YOU do, the more relaxed you are before you begin your night time routine the more successful you will be.

An hour before going to bed it's a good idea to reduce any type of external stimulation like sitting on the computer or watching action packed movies that cause your mind and body to remain overly alert. You need to give your mind a chance to unwind so you can go to sleep feeling calm, relaxed, not worried, stressed or thinking about issues from work.

3. Avoid Stimulants or eating close to sleep time:
Avoid from eating anything 3 hour before bed time, you want your body to be as relaxed as possible not working trying to digest what you have just eaten. Keep away for any type of stimulants that increases your heart rate and wakens your mind and body like Caffeine in all its forms weather in chocolate, coffee, tea, sodas and even some medicines.

Do you know that sugar is classed as a stimulant?

4. Exercise:
We know exercise is good for us. We’ve been told time and time again that it helps prevent weight gain, keeps us healthy, keeps the heart and circulatory system healthy, keeps our muscles from atrophy as we age. But did you know that exercise will help you sleep better?

The amount of physical energy that you expend during the day is a key ingredient to helping you sleep restfully at night. The more active your body is during the day the more likely you are able to relax fully at night and fall asleep.

I can remember as a teenager having a very full day at ponyclub camp and afterward my instructor saying that the tiredness we all felt was a good kind of tiredness. She was right.

People with regular exercise routines often sleep better and have fewer incidents of insomnia than those who don't get regular physical activity.

Lack of exercise can contribute to poor sleep patterns, muscle tension and stress build up in the body. However, intense exercise too close to bed can increase adrenaline levels, leading to insomnia. So important note, do not exercise three to four hours before going to bed.


5. Take a bath or shower:
A warm bath with Epson salts an hour or more before bed may help you relax and feel drowsy. The warm water will affect your circulatory system and ease your body into restfulness as well as alleviate tension. When your body temperature is raised in the late evening, it will fall at bedtime, facilitating sleep.

6. Try this Mindset Technique:
When lying in bed start to slow down your breathing, breathe in through your nose and exhale slowly though your mouth. Utter the words "relax- your'e gettting sleepy" in your mind with every exhalation.

Focus on relaxing each area of your body in sequence, from the bottom of your toes to the top of your head. Starting with the bottom of your toes, inhale and then exhale slowly, while visualizing your toes relaxing, your muscles relaxing. Say "relax-your'e getting sleepy" in your mind. Repeat this with each body part as you move up through all body parts, your toes, feet, legs, thighs, abdomen, stomach, chest, arms and so forth till you get to your head. By this time you should be relaxed and sleep should not be far away.

You may find that different words work for you, perhaps the simple word sleep, or a prayer of thankfullness or maybe focusing on a picture in your mind of someone you love dearly sleeping restfully. Whatever works for you grab it and run with it.

7. Valerian and or Cammomile tea:
Herbal remedies have been used right down through the ages. They are the original medications used by our foreathers for generations and are written about in books and manuscripts including the BIBLE.

Today many health practitioners utilize the powerul qualities of many herbal and plant essences and oils to treat hundreds of health issues with wonderul success. They do not replace such procedures as necessary surgery to repair or remove a problem, for broken bone splints and much much more but they can be utilized with great affect to help prevent the need for more invasive treatments such as these.

Cammomile tea just before bedtime has been used for generations as a relaxant.

Marine Phytoplankton Saves Lives

Basic HISTORY

Tom Harper, a Shellfish Hatcher on an Island in the Pacific northwest, had learned to produce Marine Phytoplankton to feed his shellfish in his large hatchery tanks. He grew this plankton in huge concrete tanks filled with seawater and then when ready the plankton was harvested for use.
Remaining seawater is then pumped back into the ocean and contains tons of unused plankton which also goes out into the bay area as living plankton that sea creatures can utilize for food.

Marine Phytoplankton is the basis of the food chain in the ocean therefore this extra food has caused an explosion of sea life including all kinds of shellfish, sea lions and eagles among other marine related life.

A few years ago now Tom became quite ill while attending his business and upon consultation with doctors was given a death sentence, 9 weeks to 9 months, told to go home get his affairs in order and prepare to die. It was a more rare type of cancer in the lungs.

Life had little meaning for Tom after that but one day while attending to normal duties and handling the shellfish food he thought that, as it was good for them, and no one had really ever tried it on humans it could possibly also be good for us. He began to take just a small amount of the paste on his finger every day.
Tom states himself that it was only a matter of days that he began to feel much better.
The end result is that Tom became totally well and is still here today.

Tom and his daughter began to produce this food in larger amounts and in time ended up looking for another product to put their amazing sea plants into in order to market it to the world.

This is briefly how they came to find out about Forever Green and how FrequenSea was born.
